§ 36.01. COST FOR CERTAIN DISMISSED CASES.

The Municipal Court of Record of the city is hereby authorized to collect an administrative or other fee of $10.00 or $20.00 per offense to the extent permitted by applicable provisions of the Texas Transportation Code, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Code, or other law in cases in which the laws of the state require that the case be dismissed as a result of actions by or on behalf of the defendant subsequent to the date of an alleged offense.
