§ 110.01. DEFINITIONS.

For the purposes of this chapter, the terms COIN-OPERATED MACHINE, MUSIC COIN-OPERATED MACHINE, OPERATOR, OWNER, PERSON, SKILL OR PLEASURE COIN-OPERATED MACHINE, and SERVICE COIN-OPERATED MACHINE shall have the meanings given to them in Tex. Occupations Code, Chapter 2153.
